Identify their music as New Roots Reggae!
In late 2009, the roads of a group of friends known, are crossed. Together, they decide to give legs to the project they believe. Looking for a new sound inspired by the new roots and reggae, also travels by styles such as dub, ska, afro-beat.
The name Urban because it comes from the industrial city of Barreiro and Vibsz because demand in reggae vibes of a way to convey a message of positivity, joy and balance to life.

A different project. The goal! Forward and create many different feelings and good vibes with their music, taking the name BARREIRO PORTUGAL all around the world.

Together we will all be a family. Positive Love and Unity YES!

Finais de 2009, os caminhos de um grupo de amigos, já conhecidos, cruzam-se. Juntos decidem dar pernas ao projecto em que acreditam. Procurando uma nova sonoridade inspirada pelo reggae roots e new roots, viaja também por estilos como o dub, ska, afro-beat.

O nome Urban porque surge no background da cidade industrial do barreiro e Vibsz porque procura nas vibrações do reggae uma forma de passar uma mensagem de positividade, alegria e equilíbrio com a vida.

Um projecto diferente.
O objectivo! Transmitir e criar várias e diferentes sensações de boas vibrações com a sua música, levando o nome BARREIRO e PORTUGAL por esse mundo fora.
